a 2.5 grain bump for your 65 grain powder charge in your .264 is a 3.8 % increase.
a one grain bump for my 37 grain charge is a 2.7 % increase.
Its probably not a big deal,just slightly bigger steps .The trouble could come only when you get close to maximum ,and make 4% increases.
It pays to be cautious,espcially for a new handloader.
