The only think I dont like about 18" tires is the cost of replacing them. I just bought some for my F250 and $1000 doesnt get it done for BF Goodrich All Terrain TA KOs.
Most of the tire packages are 18" or bigger now. Prices have come down. I can get a set of BFG's All Terrain KO's for $800.
The goofy sized 17's on my Tundra were like $270/per
