Well I'm not going to get going as fast as I hoped tonight. I cut elk meat until 11PM last night & still have quite a bit left. I have a boned quarter & shoulder left to cut & I'm going to get it cut before i head to deer camp after work.
Temp dropped nicely last night. I showed 16 degrees at the house this morning.
