I hope Joey has a very speedy recovery.Summertime is probably a good time to do a tonsilectomy. I got up at dawn as usual on Wednesday so that I can go to the gun club and get some shooting done early before the heat gets so bad.I am usually the first one there at about 7AM.Today I got a chance to shoot the new Savage in .17HMR.It only took about seven shots to get the Simmons scope zeroed.DANG,these little rifles are ACCURATE and a pure pleasure to shoot.They will make you forget all about shooting your .22's.Absolutely NO,repeat NO recoil.Like shooting a BB gun in that respect.I hear they are great on coyotes,pigs,pests in general.Waiting eagerly to go again.
