My wife had me remodel our townhouse this winter so we could move and get the little guy settled before first grade. The long winter allowed us to go on the market last weekend at about the perfect time, and our place sold in 3 days for more than we thought it would. We are stressed about not having another place bought yet, etc.... and we're closing end of May.
