The deer like plain old salt blocks the best at my place in NE MN. We have pretty good mineral soils here. I use mineral blocks also, but the plain salt brings 'em in. Placing a salt block on a big tree stump is the easiest way to get rid of a stump.. the deer eat the stump. It takes a year or two but I got time. wink
