I may be heading south of the cities with a boat for my relatives who are getting flooded out. Pine City is about blocked off, sounds like Owatonna, Albert Lea, and anything south and east of them is in trouble.
I hope to hell I can get out of here tomorrow! It has been raining steady, hard, not pouring though, for about 8 hours.
