I have been to the Eelpout Festival a couple times. It is a blast! You see all kinds of stuff there from people sitting in shorts dangling their feet in the water while they fish, to a guy stripping down to his one piece long underwear to Neil Diamond on top of the Eelcatraz bus.
One of the big party tents had newbies (who had never been to the poutfest before) take a shot from a frozen pouts mouth. Some people were actually stupid enough to say they had never been there before. smile Yuck!
