Ouch!!!!! Can't help you out with a piston Dave, but I've got a collection of ones that look just like yours from my days of micro-sprint racing. In my case it was being too brave leaning out the carb jetting. They usually ran like a scalded rabbit just before that "Oh S..T" meltdown. Ron
