What a whirlwind the last 2 days were! Looked for lots and for-sale-by-owners until dark Tues nite, then was at it again by daybreak wed. There is not a house currently on the market that we will buy. However, we did find some lots we like and are seriously considering building.
One thing I wanna research is the different heating systems out there. Obviously natural gas/forced air, but also in-floor, air-to-air heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, etc. Anybody know anything about any of these? for in floor, what is better, an electric boiler or a gas hot water heater?
What you do today is important, you are trading a day in the rest of your life for it.
