I can understand there being a "lag" in deer counts, but they don't haffta sell so many tags to begin with. The only reason I'll shoot two deer is if someone in the party wants one, or when I have Jack with me and we see a doe. I'd like for him to get in on the experience if the bucks aren't moving.
