Sooooo, at 7:51am I shot this guy who came in sniffin the tink's 69 trail I laid down on the way to my stand.



He's a five pointer. Was a 6 but it looks like he lost one in a fierce batlle.



He was a stinky rutty sumbitch. I could smell him from 30 yards away.

Shot him with a Remington 7600 in .280 Rem. with 140gr. Federal Fusions.

Shot was 30 yards and obviously had bullet failure because it didn't exit. good news is I didn't overpenetrate.
