When we first bought our property we "OKed" the neighbor and his sons hunting (small game) When the pitifully small covey of quail dwindled to nothing and we found that they had approved guests to come hunt who then approved guests, the hunting privileges ended for ALL.
Quail have NEVER came back in 15 years.
That sucks! Why can't people just respect the privileges they have given to them? I don't understand it...
I would raise quail and pheasants and release them on your property if I were you. Colorado1135 man can help you out on the "how to's" I'm most certain
