No, it weren't me. A guy gg and I know is on was in on the ordeal though. It was "stalking" joggers on a path through a park.
In that situation, it probably did need to be shot.
That bear deal is a crock though. Bears be bein bears. You leave food out, they're going to come eat it. Hell, if I'm in a campground and you leave food out, I'm going to come check it out.
