About 15 years ago I saw a something like this only more elaborate. It was a hydraulic tower and had a gas engine to run the hydraulics. It required a truck or tractor to pull it. It was so large that it could only be set up on the edge of a field. The price was well over 10K.
I thought it was a different idea being it mounted on and around the ATV driver. Used battery power to raise the stand off and around the ATV.
Many trailer mounted hydraulic raised blinds sold in Texas. All seem to run on the boat battery for the hydraulic power. Long way to drive for a show.
