Could be a lot less manitenance with the solid rear tire too. Espically since you'll be running it in the woods. Won't be affeceted by by the weather either. Nothing worse than having a flat when you forgot to throw the compresser in the truck.
$860 sounds pretty good for new. If your worried about the steel, maybe a guy could weld or bolt a piece of steel to the front of the mower or something.
