BP, sure wish we were getting the rain. According to the Wisconsin River Valley Improvement Authority, we're in the worst draught since they been keeping records; which is before the Dust Bowl of the 30's. We're about 42" below normal over the last 8 years.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Except for bears. Bears kill you.
