I'm batching it this weekend. I'm thinking about thawing out a nice big T-bone to put over the coals.
No self respecting t-bone should be thawed...fresh baby!
That being said, I had left overs.
When you buy a 1/4 of beef, its kind of hard to eat all the T-bones before they spoil.
true, but its fun to try I made some antelope burgers on the grill last night, mixed in a little breakfast sausage to make em stick together better, seasoned just a lil bit and man were they good. I had a double with 2 layers of bacon and cheese.
