Roof has holes, not just need shingles, all but 1 window is pretty much junk, but I expected window issues. The chimney, tipped away from the house 3/4", and it is falling apart. Best part is, no fire place, they took it out.
Critters living in the roof, or at least were, and last but not least.... there was a "growing" operation in the basemet. The inspector said, "hey, maybe it was Orchids".
It made me wonder what was covered up by the remodel. Search is back on. I'm not too worried, there are only 25,000 houses for sale. I should be able to find one.
