Tell Sherpa the local LEO's are warning if they catch you on the river you WILL go to jail. During the '97 flood some guy was cruising the river on a jet ski and the wake almost made one of the giant earth dikes fail. Does Sherpa have a jet ski?
There are currently thousands out sandbagging and the national guard has been called in. It's ugly. I'm glad my house is 25 miles from that river!
