A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon CST Sunday.

* Snow will continue across the area today into tonight. The
heaviest snow should fall today and this evening.

* A total accumulation of 8 to 14 inches is expected by Sunday
morning... with the heaviest accumulations expected in central
Wisconsin.

* Winds will increase tonight... causing widespread blowing and
drifting and near blizzard conditions that will continue into
Sunday.

* Cold air pouring into the area will result in dangerously low
wind chills Sunday night and Monday morning.

* Travel conditions will become extremely hazardous. Non-
essential travel should be postponed until the storm has
passed.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow and blowing snow means
severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. The
combination of snow and strong winds will make travel very
