it really hasn't gotten me down, but rather than keep that giddy anticipation feeling I've traded it for the keep my eyes on finding a job and moving forward like I know I didn't get it. worst case is I keep my feelers out there and not lose any more time. best case I find out and I can stop looking and I'm no worse off. either way I keep making progress, least thats how I feel about it. besides if I didn't get it, I can still make my elk hunt, and Cale gets to see grandpa and grandma for christmas
